**Update: I believe the owner has mistaken me for someone else, as this is my very first review of this establishment. It’s quite clear that I’m not the only one who has experienced this kind of situation here. Perhaps it wouldn’t be a bad idea to actually check with the staff or review the security footage before responding in such a manner. This reaction clearly shows what kind of person the owner is and only further confirms that the management of this place is completely unprofessional and poorly run.** Disgraceful for the price unhygienic, poor service, and zero accountability! When we arrived, we saw rats running between the tables. We immediately told the waitress; she said we could only be moved once a table became available. When we finally got another table, there were rats again running around our feet, and the guests behind us noticed and were shocked as well. One waiter looked unkempt and unhygienic, constantly picking his nose/ear and then handling the pizza boxes. Our appetite was gone, so we decided to take the pizzas to go instead of dine-in. When I saw him touch his nose yet again and then reach for the boxes, I took the boxes myself. As we were leaving, we discovered the sauces we had paid for were missing. We had to go back, received no apology, and waited another 5–10 minutes. Conclusion: expensive, filthy, and badly managed. Do not go. Consider this a warning. All of this at one of the more expensive places in the area, with an additional 11% service charge — and management never intervened while the staff acted as if it were normal. I’m posting this review now rather than on the night we visited because the experience was so unacceptable that I refused to spend another minute of my Bali trip dealing with it. Even after taking time to cool off and reflect, my view hasn’t softened, if anything, it’s clearer: avoid this place.

For our recent trip to Bali, we arrived at our hotel at about 12mn and were thrilled that Bella Italia was still open!!! We ordered the fettuccine with mushrooms and the five cheese pizza. THEY WERE SO GOOD! Then we visited this restaurant 3 more times and ordered - risotto, fettuccine aglio oglio, salmon pizza, fish and chips, pork sausage pizza and fettuccine aglio oglio again! So good!!!!! This restaurant is also the perfect spot for the ogoh-ogoh parade, as the main event takes place at this junction so you can have you food and cocktails ans party in the streets before Nyepi! Special thank you to Kado (i hope i got hia name right!!!) who has attended to us on day 1 and was always welcoming us back. Thank you to Kade who attended to us and made sure we have everything we needed. Thank you to the whole team for the superb food you served us!!! The pizzas and fettuccine ♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️ amazing!!!!

I recently had an incredible dining experience at an Italian restaurant that I can't wait to revisit. The atmosphere instantly transported me to Italy, setting the perfect mood for a memorable meal. Now, let's talk about the food. The lasagna was a revelation. The pasta was incredibly soft, and each layer oozed with real tomato paste, cheese, and meat. It was a harmonious blend of flavors that left me craving more. And then there was the pizza, cooked to perfection in their custom oven. The crust was both crispy and chewy, and the toppings were fresh and plentiful. It was clear that they put great care into every pizza they serve. The service was top-notch, and the cozy Italian decor added to the overall charm. If you're a fan of authentic Italian cuisine, this place is a must-visit. I'll definitely be returning for more of their amazing food and inviting ambiance.

DO NOT EAT HERE!! HORRIBLE FOOD, HORRIBLE SERVICE AND DISHONEST MANAGER!! I came here with my partner and baby for dinner as the menu looked okay and there was a lot of people inside so thought we would try it. We ordered the eggplant parmigiana and the spaghetti pomodoro. When eating out in Bali, most restaurants have been very accommodating in cooking some food for my baby so we asked the waiter if the chef was able to make some grilled chicken and mash potatoes with no salt. He happily advised the chef could do it; however will charge us 153,000 rupiah, just for the chicken (approx $15 AUD). I immediately thought that was pretty expensive but the waiter advised they will cook 2 pieces of chicken.I thought, OK, they must be large pieces? Our meals arrived and the waiter placed the eggplant parmigiana within arms reach of my baby and burnt his hand. Not a good start to our dinner. The servings of both meals were ridiculously small. The eggplant was pretty bland. The spaghetti pomodoro was disgusting and tasted like old cheap spaghetti with tomato sauce. The grilled chicken came out for my baby and it was the 2 smallest pieces of chicken. We asked the waiter why they will charge us $15 for 2 small pieces of chicken?! He kept referring back to a chicken dish on the menu and said that's the price. We asked to speak to the manager and tried to get an explanation and got the same response. Talking to the manager was like talking to a brick wall; was not helpful and not understanding . He said they do not have a children's menu so can't cater for children and have to charge us the chicken mushroom dish even though we didn't order that, just asked for grilled chicken. Not accommodating at all! Basically, this restaurant is a tourist trap and they are not honest people. Don't fall for the Italian design of the place as it's nowhere close to traditional italian food. The food is more like canned spaghetti from the supermarket. The prices are high, good is flavourless and portions are ridiculously small . The manager is super rude and not an honest person, only after your money. Our bill ended up being $55 AUD and we left hangry! Maybe the chef needs to stick to cooking mie goreng and not attempt to...
