From my personal preferences, I view an F&B place from certain aspects. Below, I try to describe my experience visiting Jackfruit.
Staff: Very nice, friendly, and humble. Well spoken in both English and Bahasa.
Ambience: Chill, relaxed, with room temperature just fine. Jackfruit has both outdoor and indoor areas.
Menu Design: I love a simple menu design. It feels exclusive and I can be assured that the restaurant will maintain the quality of the food, which I'll describe in the next point.
Food: I had a chance to enjoy two meals. First, upon my arrival, I ordered the famous omelette. It was a BIG PORTION, and I was full after eating it. The omelette had smoked ham, Parmesan cheese, baby potatoes, sourdough, and some veggies. All were served with fresh ingredients. The omelette was cooked perfectly— not too dry, not too wet. It melted in my mouth, still could even picture myself eating it! The second, for my breakfast, I ordered a Fruit Bowl. Fresh fruits, the yogurt was not too sweet, and portion-wise, it was perfectly fine for me. I ordered black coffee during both meals. The coffee was fine.
Price: Affordable, not too pricey.
Restroom: The restroom is clean.
Service: When I was there, the place was a bit packed, but I did not feel the "waiting" experience. The staff operated properly, bringing the menu to the table in fast motion, serving the food, cleaning the table afterwards, handling bill payments, etc. 5 stars review!

Read moreToday we have brunch i. Jackfruit, it located in a small alley in front of fat chow restaurant. On our way ro get there the traffic is quite heavy. But it all paid off 😊
Lovely interior and friendly staff greet us. We arrived at 11.30 am, and some foods not avaliable because of the long preparation.
So we ordered 3 meals :
the best omelette (omelette with beef bacon, mushrooms, cheese and truffle oils) with horenzo salad and cherry tomatoes and 2 slices of sourdough bread. The omelette is fluffy, smells and taste yummy.
Breakfast croissant with pork ham and sunny side up egg with salad and home made tomato sauce, the croissant is buttery and lil bit crunchy and it goes very well with the tomato sauce.
Fried chicken on toast 1 slice of Brioche and tar tar sauce with chopped lettuce with fried chicken and poach egg in Hollandaise sauce. The chicken is crispy outside but moist inside, and the seasoned very well. The brioche is tasted good.
I ordered slushy lemon and mint, its sour and refreshing. Nice combination with the chicken.

Read moreWe recently had the pleasure of dining at this charming brunch cafe located in Legian, Bali, tucked away at the entrance of the Kuta Lagoon Hotel. Our visit was during lunchtime, and it was a delightful experience. We started with the recommended avocado toast, which truly did not disappoint! The smashed avocado was flavorful, and the toast was just the right level of crispiness. Another dish we ordered that truly surprised us was the tagliatelle pesto. This dish was a hidden gem on the menu, and it exceeded our expectations. The pasta had a mild yet delicious flavor, and the savory chicken complemented it perfectly. The pasta was cooked perfectly and pesto sauce was rich and aromatic, making every bite a delightful journey for our palates. The ambiance of this cafe added to the overall experience. It's a slightly hidden spot in Legian, giving it an air of exclusivity. The staff were friendly and attentive, catering to my special dietary needs. We’re looking forward to our next visit to try other dishes. It's a new place worth discovering, and I highly recommend it to anyone looking for a memorable dining...
