Come here most years as stay at hotel close by. Have given good reviews before. The one at Kuta Square is far superior. Kuta give u cooling towel as you are seated, been here in Legian at least 6 times now this week, no cold towel, but hey that's just a bonus. What I found irritating was the staff NEVER use tongs when selecting or putting cake on plate, I love a happy work place but when one staff tried to help me up a step....A kind offer....they were pointing and laughing. It's good to hear laughing, but not at someone trying to help you. Some years ago Jack would greet everyone like a long lost friend, perhaps if hygienic food practices is important to you, or u have a low tolerance for lazy people not using tongs, then ok. But they need lessons. Regardless like someone else reported they are not cheap, the plus side is not all but some of the air...

It’s a shame, the food looked very good and my plate was (eventually) very tasty. It’s a bit pricy for Bali. I had a chai latte which first came all spilled (didn’t mind) and pancakes which never came. People who came after me got their pancakes first. When my food eventually came (after reminding them they had forgotten) I asked for my coffee (now cold) to be changed and had to wait over 30 min and it never came, and I gave up and cancelled it.

Probably if you go, you might be the lucky table next to us getting all our orders and being served fast, just know that you’re eating someone else’s food. 😂

And by the way, I got no apologies from the staff and they wanted to charge me for the coffee...

Well where to begin. My partner and myself have been in Bali for the last 3 weeks and today is my last day. We have spent majority of the time eating here of a morning and enjoying an amazing banana smoothie! The staff here are absolutely amazing and bursting with happiness! From the very friendly ‘good mornings’ we would get as we enter to the thank you’d as we leave to go on our day!

The food is absolutely to die for! Great range of food with something for everyone! I couldn’t go wrong with an old school Ham and Cheese Jaffle! And my partner loved her Bakers Breakfast! Will have to give a 10/10 for all round service, food and an amazing atmosphere! Definitely...
