Cafe Kami — Restaurant in Kuta

Sadly can give only 3 stars. I really love this place and I’ve been here a hundred times with my friends, partner, parents for brekkies and lunches. Once I’ve decided to book a table to dine in with my 5 years old. I popped into and booked a specific table (pointed my finger literally) in the corner where no one usually sits around and we can have a nice family evening. How surprised I was when we came and the table was occupied by someone else. I was shocked. I asked what happened and the waitress told me that they take walk ins and some other bs. From 10 tables only 3 were occupied so I can’t understand what was the issue to ask someone who walked in to sit somewhere else as that table was reserved. Whatever, we sat on the other table and I was proposed to wait until a guest from my booked table leaves as they paid a bill already. I decided that I will order and then we will swap tables when possible. However we spent 1.5 hour and that guest was still there. We had to sit in the middle of the restaurant surrounded by smokers and it wasn’t pleasant at all. To cover misunderstand the restaurant suggested that we will have free drinks. A Hidden Gem with Top-Notch Burgers and a Homey Atmosphere.

I recently visited Café Kami and was immediately struck by the warm, homey atmosphere that greeted me. The cozy and inviting interior adds to a unique dining experience.

What stood out most was the quality of service. The staff was extremely friendly and attentive without being intrusive. They have an excellent knowledge of the menu and helped me choose the perfect burger.

Speaking of the burger, it was simply exquisite! Perfectly cooked, juicy, and full of flavor, complemented by fresh ingredients. It’s clear that Café Kami has a passion for what they do and pays attention to the quality of their dishes.

I must also mention the manager, who was exceptionally kind and welcoming. His presence added to the overall delightful experience.

The best cafe in town. All of the staff are so friendly and attentive. Often checking if I am okay and making sure the food is good. Honestly it is just such a vibe with the relaxing music in the background, would recommend to anyone who needs a chill meal.

The food has been outstanding non every occasion. I’ve loved coming back and trying new items and they never disappoint. The presentation is cute and shows love in the meal. The flavours are great and mostly healthy with a few sweet options. Vegie options are available and also taste great.

Prices here are better than I would expect. Paying no more than 90k IDR for breakfast items. And the high paid meals like steak coating 180k IDR. (fyi as a steak lover, it is the best I’ve had in seminyak).

Overall experience I would rate 10/10. Thank you for a wonderful service.
