Farmer Brew Roastery: The Purest Taste of Bali, From Bean to Cup and Farm to Table
If you’re looking for the best coffee in Bali, Farmer Brew Roastery is an absolute must-visit. More than just a café, it is the heart of a family-run coffee legacy that spans generations. Every cup here tells a story—one of dedication, craftsmanship, and deep respect for the land.
What makes Farmer Brew Roastery truly special is that every step of the coffee journey happens right at their plantation in Kintamani—from pruning and harvesting to drying, selecting, and roasting the beans. There are no middlemen here—just passionate farmers who cultivate their own coffee, ensuring exceptional quality at every stage. The beans are roasted on-site at their charming café, achieving the perfect roast before being ground with precision and brewed into a cup of pure perfection. With every sip, you can taste the love and tradition poured into the process.
But the experience doesn’t stop at coffee. Their breakfast and lunch menu is just as authentic and fresh. Every ingredient—from the eggs to the vegetables, fruits, and even the bread—comes directly from their own plantation, grown organically with the same care and attention as their coffee. The result? A simple yet delicious farm-to-table experience that perfectly complements your cup of coffee.
It’s more than just a caffeine fix—it’s an experience of true Balinese hospitality and sustainability. And knowing that your coffee and meal directly support local farmers, with no middlemen involved, makes it even more satisfying.
If you appreciate great coffee, organic farm-fresh breakfasts, and wholesome lunches, all while supporting sustainable, locally grown Balinese coffee, Farmer Brew Roastery is the place to be. Highly...

First of all, all the stuff is extremely friendly and nice, every time I’m here they make me feel like home, which is important I think! Coffee is just beyond amazing, always perfect balance in taste! I drink coffee only with plant based milk and here it’s always great, perfect combination, not acidic at all or anything which is awesome, cuz a lot of other coffee places in Bali have this problem. Well food is always tasty! I love the option of building your own breakfast, all the products are super fresh. Usually at home I don’t eat bread but here it’s really fresh and good, croissants as well! Once I even asked them if it was possible to change usual milk to almond milk for waffles, cuz well I was dying to try it, and without any problem they did that!
I’m my opinion it’s a perfect combination of amazing people, great coffee and tasty food! Thank you very much for what you’re doing! You can see how much effort they put in their work and thats just awesome!
Not to mention that music that’s playing on the coffee shop is always sooo nice!
Definitely recommend this place!...

I didn’t like the coffee with Soy… it tasted a little bit like cardboard.
I ordered the self-customized breakfast set which looked really sad. The portion of scrambled eggs was so small and the sautéed caramelised mushrooms are quite greasy and salty. Didn’t leave a good aftertaste. For some reason, they used unripe avocado and the avocado flesh was really quite nasty to chew on.
I do, however, like the smoothie bowl. Looks nutritious and they blend the smoothie on the spot upon receiving the order. Lots of granola and coconut flakes which I really like.
Cosy cafe with 5 tables indoors and a few tables outdoors. It faces a green field of tall grass. It’s mesmerizing to look at the grass sway in the wind. People are usually working here with...
