Gula Bali the Joglo — Restaurant in undefined

Arrived there round 5.30 pm for a quick es campur for my wife who craved that and for me a coffee. Should be no problem since they still open half hour and there is no cooking involved in this dish. We sat on 2 leather benches but got sent away so called because they had to clean the seating, but all was clean. 👎🏻🙃🙃👎🏻 After that we wanted to go sit in the air conned room to be out of the smoking area, but also not allowed. 🙃🙃 👎🏻👎🏻 If you not want customers anymore just before closing time then just tell them when they arrive that you not want to serve them anymore. Very bad experience. We went away again without any drinks / snacks. Will never go...

We were three person ordering nasi ayam betutu, tipat ayam betutu, tipat cantok special. All the food just soso. We also order side dish of rujak kacang. It's good as it should be. For drinks we ordered es daluman and es dawet. All agree the brown/palm sugar that they are using too bitter and have very strange flavor. As a local that's having this kind of food&drinks all of our live, we think the taste/flavor can be much better than this. Their side dish taste is more correctly made than their main dish. It's too bad since we really love their decor & ambience. Plenty of parking space also. Please improve your taste so we can visit your place...

I LOVE IT!! SERIOUSLY!!

the theme and ambience is really assembling bali.. the voice of leaves, the breezing air. and the most important is the FOOD!!

my family and i ordered rujak pindang (this is their specialty!!) rujak ulek, mango sticky rice (yes, the mango is so fresh!)

i go to gula bali twice and it's a streak, but we go to different place (1 in kuta, 1 in denpasar)

and the last advice is if you aren't spicy fans don't you ever try to order spicy rujak pindang (just ordered medium...
