Hitana Restaurant — Restaurant in Kuta

Wonderful!!

My fiance and I stopped here for a couple of drinks in afternoon sun whilst on holiday last year, 2013.

We arrived at 1.30 and didn't leave until 6 o'clock, the value was amazing 2 for 1 beer & cocktails all afternoon.

We ate lunch and it was delicious.

Staff were super attentive and were so kind & knowledgeable.

My partner even went back to the hotel to get something we had left and I waited behind talking with the staff and being incredibly well looked after.

We met another couple and booked to have dinner with them the night after, a band played and they were seriously sensational!!!

My favorite restaurant experience in Bali.

The food is fine, and a little bit pricey but not that expensive. I compare the price with the portion I get here, which is okay. They serve various foods from western and some Asian-Indonesian. The plus points for this place, is the view and the ambience. I love the upstair table, with a direct view to the beach, with lovely and not noisy surrounding. The sea breeze is fine too, not too windy especially at night. The service is good and the waiters are very polite, but not really detail about table mannered situation, but that's fine for me as I don't really care for that. They put Balinese dance with gamelan too every Sunday night here,...

The only good thing about this place was the atmosphere with nice lighting and relaxing music. The food was average, my husbsnd had the pasta and prawn dish and pasta felt like it was cooked in the microwave or the water wasnt boiling before they put the pasta in, i had the chicken quessadia and the guacamole was very watery. Had fried banana for dessert and it lacked flavor. The server were no existence had to wait 30min from removing our main meal dishes to then having to ask them for a dessert menu (it wasnt busy) and constantly trying to get their attention to get some drinks.
