Jaansan Beach House | Restaurant, Bar & Lounge at Kelan Beach — Restaurant in Kuta

Jaansan Resto deserves 4.5 stars for their delicious food and great atmosphere! We celebrated our daughter's birthday there and had a wonderful time. The dishes we ordered were flavorful and well-presented. However, during our visit, we noticed that Ocha, the staff member who took our payment, seemed to be rude to some of the other staff. She appeared unhappy and didn't smile, which was a bit off-putting. What was more concerning was her rudeness towards other staff members - it was disrespectful and didn't reflect well on the team.

Ironically, Ocha was also the one who handled our booking process, and we experienced some issues with slow responses and misunderstandings through WhatsApp.

But the staff, I think her name was Elly, was super nice! She was great to interact with, and it seemed like she genuinely cared about providing good service.

Despite the issues, the food and service overall were excellent, and we'd still recommend Jaansan Resto to others. Maybe just a suggestion to work on team dynamics, communication, and customer...

My experience was going to Kelan Beach and eating at the Jaansan Beach House restaurant. The food I felt was delicious. I came to this restaurant with my group, some of whom ordered fried flour, crab, grilled fish, juice, city drinks and there were other menus provided. By this restaurant, in my opinion and my group at this restaurant, almost everything is very satisfying in terms of the taste of the food, the service and the cleanliness is essentially the best. We came here for dinner after we got the flyer from the neighbouring restaurant. It is very new but the atmosphere and the views are spectacular, well arranged everything, beautiful and big lounge with a nice selection of material, and this beach house has a nice swimming pool too, all facilities are great. Best place to chill out along the beach. They have a big selection of food, not only seafood. We tried the young papaya salad which was excellent. We've tried this salad at several Thai restaurants, but this is the best. The Marinara pizza was good also. Give it a try, you won't be...
