KFC — Restaurant in Kuta

Had to try and see difference Australia to Bali KFC,, the biggest store I've been in,, three separate dinning areas,, very few customers,, one being coffee shop,, staff very friendly but not understanding what was said,, large bucket turned out,, single serve chicken with rice,, soup available,,that's ok for starters,, then we had to buy more for my starving family. Chicken was more crunchy and very tasty but price was around same price as Oz by the time everyone was fed. Today on 20/10/19 i was there to buy my food, i really really get disappointed with the staffs, they’re so rude also not talking good to the customer, especially to the grab who taking their order, nit give properly also making fun to the foreign people.. Because cant understand indonesian money and everything.. Also they’re so slow to do everything like don’t want to work just lazy or what idk about that. The manager should see all this thing we’re customers and they should respect us and give proper service.. If like this it will be so bad.. Nothing to say about food just the staff really really no have manners and so...

KFC Gelael is at times can be crowded with Chinese tourists which come in large group and will take more time when ordering. about the food, you know... it's KFC. you know how it is, but this branch here has many tables so it's enough for everybody even in peak hour.

Place is pretty clean. and they also have the KFC cafe too there so you can have some coffee and some snack there if you want. this branch also in same building with Gelael Supermarket so you can bring in some bottled water from the supermarket if you don't like coke. Parking lot is plenty, for motorbike parking it is free, i don't know with the car...
