Never go there!! Money- sucking cheaters!! Horrible place 😪

Around two days ago,we went there for drinks and dinner. And when we entered, the whole place was empty except a tiny group of people sitting in the corner doing some work. We had to wait for around 10 mins to get served. A simple order of 2 margaritas and masala papad took 20 mins. And the margaritas glass were only half-filled. We refused to even place the half- filled drinks on our table. They took it back, had a discussion among the 2-3 waiters and the batender, and brought two third filled glasses. Still not pleased with the service, we did not say anything further. Had to wait another 10 mins to get masala papad, which apparently they'd forgotten along with the paneer tikka. Disappointed by the lack of service, we decided to leave the place and have our dinner somewhere else. To our surprise, when the bill came, they had charged an extra 15k IDR for the drinks 'coz we refused to accept half filled glasses for the price of one, which they topped up with cold water. 😠 and if that's not enough they demanded an extra 15% charge on card payment. On asking to explain the additional 15% on card payment, they had another meeting of the staff along with the in charge of the place who was the most rude, arrogant and mean lady we have ever seen in hospitality sector. We recently visited this this Indian restaurant in Bali with high expectations, hoping to enjoy some authentic Indian flavors. Unfortunately, the food didn’t meet the mark — the dishes we ordered tasted quite different from what we’re used to in traditional Indian cuisine. The flavors seemed off, and the overall experience was underwhelming.

What added to our disappointment was the attitude of the restaurant’s Indian owner, who was sitting right behind us. Despite clearly noticing our dissatisfaction, he showed no courtesy or interest in checking on our experience. A simple gesture or inquiry would have gone a long way in showing that customer satisfaction matters.

We truly believe in supporting Indian businesses abroad, but we hope the restaurant considers improving both its food authenticity and customer engagement in the future.

I had the pleasure of having dinner here for 4 consecutive days during my stay in Bali — and every single experience was simply amazing. The taste of the food was outstanding — just like home, or even better! 🌟
