Munchies — Restaurant in Kuta

Beautiful food! They even do a “Bunnings” sausage - hot dog roll, sausage and grilled onions. The smoothie bowls are delish, the burgers are amazing, they use awesome buns - light and fluffy inside with a nice crusty sesame seed exterior! The vegie burger is like a big old home made patty of bubble and squeak with a light crispy batter, and plenty of salad and grilled onions. Impressed to see the potato cakes (potato scallops) are homemade too, and just like miniature versions of proper fish and chip shops back in Australia.

The “simple breakfast” is a fluffy sesame seed roll like I mentioned above, pan fried with butter, a beautiful runny egg, crispy bacon and I added cheese- best hang over cure (actually — best breakfast anytime!!) The coffee frappe was huge (2 shots espresso) with a choc bickie on the side. They serve their drinks with a shot glass of sugar syrup, so you controll the sweetness. I love they also give you a condiment basket with S&P and every sauce you could want. Such an amazing place on a quiet street, nice music playing, excellent prices and lovely staff! An amazing place away from the crowdy tourist spots on bigger streets. Lovely staff, simple but delightful food that will make you want to come back. I came back 5 times or so. Good prices, great portion sizes,fast wifi. The chicken noodle soup was one of my favourites. Authentic coffee in big jugs or cups,depending on what you get.
