Disgusting!! Worst experience in Bali!! Spend your money with real Balinese people not Olips Bali!! Just awful.

Food is pretty average and they can’t manage small groups without huge delays. Would hate to see a large group try and eat there.

But worst of all was the wife!! She was absolutely atrocious and needs to learn some manners and customer service skills. She yells, slams food on the table, doesn’t know how to treat paying customers and is really horrible to her local staff. Unfortunately run by South Africans so not a true representation of Bali or the beautiful Balinese people. In fact the wife is a disgrace for Bali and should not be allowed to run a business in Bali.

I even heard her tell an obviously pregnant woman who was complaining about her meal that she was only complaining ‘because she was DRUNK’!! I actually heard her tell the pregnant woman she was ‘SO drunk she could smell the alcohol on her!!! Absolutely disgraceful! If a customer complains don’t make up excuses or berate the customer.

Olips Bali…. Keep the wife but change your restaurant name to Karen’s Diner!! Or go back to South Africa and stop taking money away from the beautiful Balinese people!!

The food is fantastic,the staff are amazing,drink no mater what you eat an drink is spectacular.The new owners go above an beyond. Whether your a couple,family,group of friends.Children are especially welcome an the owners an staff go out of there way.Even if you need specially food or have allergies.The drinks are delicious,an all rounder food an alcohol excellent pricing.MOST of all top of there list is cleanest,taste,an very inviting across the road from melasti hotel look up. They will even carry someone up an there wheelchair ♿️ .I've eaten there breakfast an dinner what great service please surport them you won't be disappointed we are a couple an love it will be back in Feb next with family THEY do take away,an diverse to your HOTEL.Breakfast an Dinner.They cater a lot of different meals.pPrices are from different depending on what you order.On pair price wise with a lot of restaurants,but better tasting food more of it...

The Best Meals In Bali! It’s a great restaurant, clean and tidy. The staff are absolutely amazing and always smiling, Stephanie the owner is an absolutely beautiful lady and always up for a chat, not once was she ever rude or impatient to anyone while I was there and the restaurant has many loyal customers that I saw each day and we became friends. The food served was 10/10 and I’ll be going back every time I’m in Bali. If it’s busy there sometimes is a short wait but at least I know it’s cooked fresh, and even if I did have to wait the ridiculous “2 hours” like other people have said, it would be worth it for the top notch food that I received every day. The cocktails were all delicious and our group went through the list a few times, I’d highly recommend the Avatar it’s a real showstopper! Even if I try, I still can’t think of a single fault to put down. It was a perfect dining experience and I would recommend it...
