We have given this restaurant two chances, and both times we left in a very bad mood. The second visit was our last—we will never be back.
The most shocking and disgusting part of our experience was the pest problem. We were seated in the outdoor patio area where we saw cockroaches running around and even evidence of rats. The worst moment was when a cockroach crawled onto my husband's leg. We were frantically trying to brush it off while the waitstaff just stood and watched, doing absolutely nothing. It was unbelievable and horrifying.
Beyond the pests, the service was incredibly slow and inattentive. The restaurant was almost empty—only 2 or 3 other tables were occupied—but our food still took an extremely long time to arrive.
To top it all off, they completely forgot a glass of wine we ordered. We waited for about 10-15 minutes for it before finally deciding to ask for the bill. The bill arrived with the wine on it, but the glass never did. We then had to wait another 10-15 minutes just to have them remove it from the check.
This place is an absolute disaster. I cannot recommend it to anyone. Save your money and your appetite and go...
Read moreWe stumbled across this restaurant on our quest to find dinner. We perused the menu on the footpath and the front of house realised quickly that we were after traditional Balinese cuisine. She convinced us to dine there and it was a pleasure. We opted for the Balinese pork belly, Beef Rendang and Banana Fritters for dessert. We selected local beers and a local cabernet merlot. The food and wine was impeccable. So many amazing flavours perfectly balanced. The spices in the Rendang just wanted to give you a big hug like the same hug you get from your favourite person. The pork was cooked to perfection and all the sides and accompaniments were delicious and matched perfectly. The service team were super friendly and professional. It was an amazing dining experience. It was that good that the wife and I poked our heads through the pass and personally thanked the kitchen team. I'd give them a 10 out of 5 if possible. Do yourself a favour. Enjoy their local cuisine.

Read moreThis was our second visit to ITUITU in the past 5 months, and it remains one of our favorite places in Legian. The restaurant is beautifully lit with mood lighting, creating a peaceful and relaxed atmosphere.
The standout feature, however, was the incredible service we received from Sriasih. She went above and beyond to ensure we were happy and comfortable throughout our meal.
As for the food, it was sensational. We started with the spring rolls with peanut sauce and homemade French fries, which were delicious. For mains, we had the beef fajitas and chicken quesadillas, both of which were fantastic.
Overall, Ituitu is a must-visit if you're in Legian. The food, service, and ambiance are all top-notch. We will definitely be returning on our next trip to Bali. Thank...
