From the moment I tasted their dishes, it was clear I was in for something special. I can say, without exaggeration, that it was the best I've tasted in a long time. However, their prompt and considerate response pleasantly surprised me. To compensate, they offered my child a complimentary mocktail! Papa Lee is an absolute gem when it comes to dining experiences. The food was nothing short of incredible. I had the spicy beef noodle soup, and I can confidently say it was the best I've ever had—rich, flavorful, and perfectly balanced. The wontons were equally impressive; I've never had better ones, with their delicate texture and amazing filling.

The service was another highlight. The staff were incredibly friendly and attentive, ensuring we felt welcomed and well taken care of throughout our meal.

The only downside was that people at the table next to us were smoking. This may have been due to us sitting outside, and it’s understandable given that we were in Bali, where outdoor smoking is more common. However, it was a bit of a distraction from an otherwise excellent meal.

It's worth noting that you might need to book in advance, as the indoor seating appeared to fill up quickly. We ended up sitting outside because we hadn’t made a reservation, but the outstanding food more than made up for it.

If I could I would eat at this place everyday. We had been trav long from Ubud to Seminyak and our driver had driven past the shop when it grabbed our attention looked nice from the outside. So once we had checked in we made our way to Papa Lee's. We got offered a table straight away even though it was busy as they also do takeaway.

Taiwanese Beef Noodle Soup IDR 150K

For drinks we ordered ice teas one lemon and one black tea. It's was all so delicious we couldn't get over it plus you can see them make the bao which added the perfect touch.

As we couldn't forget the place we had to go back out last night we decided to go back and try more of the menu this time we also go given a table as soon as we walked in and funnily we got given the same table.
