Relax Coffee — Restaurant in Kuta

Well what can I say except totally and utterly disappointing. From start to finish we were let down. We should have known it was going to be a night from hell when we walked in the door and it was just about as hot as hell in the restaurant. My suspicions were about to become a reality when we placed our drinks and food order a the staff spent the first 30 minutes what looked to be doing research on how to make what we had ordered. Meaning that it took about 40 minutes before the first drinks come out.

Things only got worse from there as we realised that when the staff took our order got it wrong. The sad things is that we picked up that the order was wrong when it was read back to us and I thought I had corrected it only to find that what I had corrected was only added to our order. So,...... Buyer beware, they will charge you for their mistakes because apparently once it it in the system, it is yours.

Let's not even talk about the food!! That was as disappointing as the staffs incompetance and heat combined. This place is definitely not recommended if you are wanting to have a meal with other people. There as a full 35 minutes between when the fist meal and the last meal come out. And if it is value for money you are looking for I suggest you look a little further. AU$10 for a burger with no fries is not my idea of good value for money in Bali.

Oh and don't expect to get bucket deals on drinks orders after you have ordered your drinks. That means that you best order all your drinks at once if you want the advertised price. Once orders are in the system they can't be changed. So folks save yourself the disappointment we went through and have a meal across the road at Noné Restaurant!! At least at Noné satisfaction...

Your visit to this cafe will depend very much on the waiter. We have been to this cafe 3 times. 2 of them were excellent (October 17 and 18). The food was delicious, the waiters were friendly and nice. Thanks to that nice waitress who was on our first two visits, only because of her I put not 1, but 3 stars. But the third time (31.10) blocked the previous times. They brought us only a breakfast menu and stubbornly tried to convince us that there is ice cream in a milk cocktail, and they don't have another one. This time, for some reason, they abruptly stopped understanding our English. My husband was able to find a photo of ice cream taken last time, and, wow, the waiter realized that he needed to bring another menu (one for three). After 10 minutes, a child who was very thirsty (we ordered cold water) was brought boiling water! After another 10 minutes, we were told that there is only chocolate ice cream and it has already been made, so we have no choice. Anyway, that was the last time...

LOVE LOVE this place!! Have eaten numerous times...breakfast, pizza, fish and chips, salads, burger. The food is always great.

Breakfast is served all day! And, there's always some special of the day. Vegetarian options available.

Phenomenal staff and service who are aways accommodating, kind, and helpful. Good prices.
