I love love love everything about Warung Melati. The food is always good and healthy with no MSG, many many variety to choose from (for both vegetarian and meat eaters) and they are all cooked fresh everyday. I can just pick any dish combination and it will never go wrong. The food is already good, but what makes this warung unique and special is that, Adi and his wife and the mother are such lovely lovely people. They remember each and every one of their customers (90% are regulars). They always always serve with genuine smiles and great hospitality. It almost feels like coming home to have a meal. I sadly live rather far from them, so whenever I am in Seminyak area I will always make sure I have lunch here. Owners Desi and Adi are the heart and soul of the place, always around with warm smiles and helpful tips, especially if you're new to warung-style dining or feeling a bit overwhelmed by the menu. Their genuine hospitality makes every visit feel like catching up with old friends.

The food? Simply outstanding — fresh, flavourful, and straight-up authentic, letting the ingredients do all the talking. They start serving at noon, and yes, there’s often a line — but trust us, it’s 100% worth the wait. This place is 💯 we ate here almost everyday during our stay. Where shall I begin. They have something like a buffet with loads of options, also vegetarian and vegan. You pick what you want and they put it on your plate, the price comes together from what you have picked. The food is always fresh and very very delicious 👌 Also it is very cheap, something we appreciate a lot in such a tourist place.

The family that runs it is super friendly, they remembered us and welcomed us everyday with a smile. An honest smile.
