I ordered Cheese Whopper package at the drive thru of Burger King Sunset Road Bali on 27 November 2023 around 2:30PM. I saw 3 prices on the Cheese Whopper menu options and I said to the lady that I want the Cheese Whopper package. The lady behind the counter did not repeat my order, neither screen available for us to reassure that she took proper package according to what I ordered. I have assumed that I will need to pay at the highest price for my order at the time we are driving to the next counter where I should pay and take my food. And yes, that happened as what I thought, the lady gave me the food which is consist of 1 burger, a drink and fries (small one), but when I checked the bill that she handed I found that I have paid for the price of the KING BOX package + an upgrade to a bigger fries that she did not hand to me until I requested! So, I double checked to the lady what I have paid for and she responded to my request in panic and finally handed me the KING BOX. We went through before I got the chance to open the paper bag. But then I got another suprise when I opened it, the fries that I got was a small one, which I have paid for the upsized.
What a bad day for me! But I bet they have done it to many customers that do drive thru order. I think Management should take seroius action on this matter, otherwise the bad reputation will be labelled to your business. Bad luck to your business!!
P.S.: The Cheese Whopper also didn't really taste like Whopper which I recon should have a special sauce (of Whopper) taste. I can only taste cheese, veggies and a plain...
Read moreToday. Not very good Infection control. The casher drive-thru no gloves. We on motorbike and she didn't tape or put drinks in a bag so how are we to carry? we asked her to tape the tops of coke drinks but she didn't even tape properly, the tape was so loose and on the way the coke was coming out into paper bag. McDonalds does it better and has better infection control. Also she not wear gloves touch our food packet, touch the money, touch the window and we told her she should be wearing gloves but she didn't. Also after bare hands no gloves and touching the money she didn't wipe her hands with hand sanitizer and then she touch our food packages Also if you wear masket the masker MUST COVER THE NOSE. Her mask was under her nose this is very bad infection control for pandemic time. All staff must wear mask over to cover the nose all. Otherwise no point to wear mask. I think if Burger king want to serious about COVID19 it needs review the Infection control process. I expected more from Burger King. Burger King should be setting a high standard.

This Burger King is open 24hrs. I commend the management for giving employment opportunities to disabled people.. But from a customer perspective it would make more sense for the large sign telling customers that the customer service staff are deaf was displayed more prominently instead of behind the door that you leave from. It's a bit bewildering to approach the counter to place an order and be confronted by an arm waving person who you can't understand. The Burger was average unfortunately. The big disappointment was that I had to approach the counter several times to ask for tissues...sauces..etc. These weren't available unless you asked. Looks like the management was implementing some cost savings measures unfortunately. Would I come back again? Not really...the experience was a bit...
