Skai at Padma: Where Dinner Feels Like a Cool, Blue Dream

You know those places that just get the assignment? Skai at Padma is one of those places. It’s got this effortlessly cool, blue-lit glow, like you’ve stumbled into some futuristic Mediterranean lounge—except instead of feeling pretentious, it’s just really freaking nice.

The staff? So friendly and on top of things, I’m convinced they have a sixth sense for when you need something. Water glass low? Refilled before you even noticed. Want another drink? They’re already bringing you the menu with a knowing smile.

And the food? Classic Mediterranean, but with a fresh, modern spin. It’s the kind of meal that makes you pause mid-bite to really appreciate what’s happening in your mouth. Light but satisfying, creative but familiar—just really, really good.

The drinks were ice-cold and dangerously easy to sip, the kind that makes you think, Yeah, one more won’t hurt. Spoiler: it always turns into more than one.

Honestly, between the food, the drinks, and that breezy, blue-lit atmosphere, Skai at Padma just gets it right. If you ever find yourself here, lean in, order another round, and let the night...

Visited the Skai bar 3 times during our stay in Bali, and each time was one of the best experiences we had. Needless to say the staff, the food, and the atmosphere are impeccable. The staff are so friendly and inviting with their hospitality, and make you feel like a friend and we will most definitely miss all of them. The cuisine is amazing, delicious and done so well, as well as the drinks (specifically the peach berry iced tea) are so well made that I wish Australia would offer something that could compare to it. And the atmosphere is flawless… The lights, the pool, the music, and the accomodating staff, and so on made each evening perfect and a faultless experience. When we come back to Bali it will without a doubt be our first stop. We could not recommend this place enough, and just talking about it does not do it justice. And a special thanks to our amazing friends Richard, Doni, Sari, Ayu, Yunitya and the rest of the staff that we had the pleasure of meeting, you all made our Bali experience so much more special, we will miss...

I had an incredible experience at SKAI Bar & Grill! From the moment we arrived, the atmosphere was inviting, with a perfect blend of laid-back vibes and stunning views. The food was absolutely delightful — every dish was beautifully presented and bursting with flavor, making it as appetising as it was memorable.

A special mention goes to our waitress, Dayu, who went above and beyond to make our afternoon exceptional. She was warm, attentive, and always had a genuine smile, ensuring we had everything we needed without ever feeling rushed.

And of course, what better way to complement such a fantastic meal than with an ice cold Bintang Beer — crisp, refreshing, and exactly what you want on a warm day.
