The best of foods comes from the most humblest of places. Warung Nenas is one of them. It is situated on a small lane, not with flashy lights and extensive hoardings. A simple restaurant, run by hard - working individuals. We were here for dinner as we were wandering the streets of Kuta beach. We needed something simple, not exotic. Our eyes struck here and we were inside to taste their food. A lot of vegetarian options were also available, which made us come inside too. The restaurant is not well lit and you can see the chef's working their art in the open kitchen. We ordered a Cap Choy with steamed rice, a Chicken Burger, Pasta with mushrooms and some fries for the side. Each and every dish was done terrifically. Right on taste and portions, the way we wanted it to be. We, as Indians, love our food with a bit of spice. Cap Choy was made extra spicy (on our request), but it turned out to be too hot to handle. The waitress made everything possible to calm the fire on our tongues. She was very comforting and paid heed to our vegetarian requests very calmly. It was indeed a rich experience here. This is how patrons have to be treated at restaurants. This is how we, as customers, what us to be treated. Thanks for your service...
Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Warung Nenas twice for lunch, and it was an experience worth repeating. On both occasions, I tried the Nasi Goreng and Chicken Satay, and I was thoroughly impressed with the quality of the food. Each dish was delicious, bursting with authentic flavors that left me craving more.
The restaurant itself is clean and well-maintained, creating a comfortable atmosphere to enjoy a meal. The staff deserves special mention—they were incredibly fast and friendly, ensuring that everything was perfect from start to finish.
Prices at Warung Nenas are very reasonable, with no hidden costs, making it great value for money. In a place like this, you get excellent food, superb service, and a welcoming environment without breaking the bank.

Read moreStopped by for a late dinner, ended up quite surprised by the quality of the food and the fair price, most places were close so I wasn’t picky about it and wasn’t expecting to be this good. Went on Google Maps to make this review and realized it’s one of the top rated places in the area, it all makes sense now. Staff is also very friendly.
Edit: Went there a second time, this time ordering a little more expensive dish, the beef noodle. Got a little disappointed since it does not come with side rice, and has a little bit of instant noodle flavor, just a bit, but it’s also good. Anyway, Soto ayam is the safe choice, nice natural flavor (lime leafs just perfect 👌🏻), good handmade and not instant noodle inside, and...
