CFC STASIUN MALANG — Restaurant in Malang

CFC store is located in Stasiun Kota Baru Malang. You will easily recognize the place when you are in front of the station. It is near arrival gate next to Roti'O.

The staff is friendly and helpful. They assisted me quite fast because the avilable paket is only paket 1 and 2. So, I decided to buy paket 2. The price is not cheap and the taste is average. I went here because I had voucher from DANA. They receive payment from e-wallet like DANA and OVO, debit or credit card and in cash. The place is a bit small. They have putdoor space to eat if you like to eat outside. You can easily park your vehicles in front of the station. You just need to pay IDR 2.000 for motorbike. Paket 5 nasi 5 ayam dibungkus tdk sesuai dg jumlahnya. Nasi hanya 4 bungkus. Saya baru periksa setelah di kereta.

Pesanan 3 burger hanya ada 2 burger namun masih terjangkau utk kembali ke counter karena diketahui sebelum naik kereta sehingga saya bisa mendapatkan 3 burger sesuai pesanan saya.

Meja packing makanan terlalu sempit dan semerawut sehingga dapat menjadi faktor penyebab kesalahan².

Sebaiknya kualitas pelayanan diperbaiki dan pelayan hendaknya mengecek ulang pesanan beberapa kali.

Saran bagi pelanggan: jika membeli makanan utk dibawa pulang/ pergi sebaiknya mengecek ulang pesanan sebelum meninggalkan counter.
