There is so much I would like to say about this lugar🫶🏽
I had one of the best mango smoothies of my life at this place. I also ordered garlic bread as a starter and, to my surprise, a vegetarian dish called "PEPES TAHU". I had never tried it before and it was absolutely delicious. The tofu is cooked in a very rich way with a little smoky touch inside a green leaf.
This place is AMAZING. All the food I ordered was exquisite. It really tastes like a mother's dishes, with the attention and timing needed to make it totally delicious. I understand that sometimes the local service is different from what many tourists are used to in other parts of the world, but I think you have to be more open and connected to the reality of the lifestyle where you are visiting. I have read comments from some customers who were angry about the waiting time. And let me tell you, for me there is NOTHING BETTER THAN CONTRIBUTING TO LOCAL TOURISM AND FAMILY ECONOMY💙 Especially when they do it with so much love and dedication. I had lunch at 3:30 in the afternoon and there was no one there, that's why I suggest these in-between times if you want to be alone and relaxed in a very homely atmosphere with good music and attention. THANK YOU for...
Read moreThe atmosphere was so comforting with the flowers falling from the roof, the cactus in the doorway, to the rustic style of table and chairs. It was not very crowded on a weekday dinner, so we enjoyed a very relaxing dinner. There were a lot of delicious-looking items on the menu, and the prices were reasonable. We ordered a lot and tasted many different things, with the fried corn and pork ribs being really delicious. We loved the grilled prawn even without the sauce and coconut vegetables with it. They were kind and accepted our request for more vegetables instead of rice. The pasta tasted good and was a reasonable price. The pizza was much better than the usual island flat style pizza, we want to try the other ones in the future. We were very happy with this experience and will definitely come back again for coffee and try their...
Read moreHands down the worst food and overall dinner experience we had in 4 weeks Bali! Watery and super liquid milkshakes, definitely not fresh fried calamari rings (tasted like rubber, and served with mayo and ketchup?! Ugh…), spaghetti bolognese a disaster (overcooked, tasteless, not sure if I would call that minced meat at all - I gave it to the stray dog, he was happy), my husbands coconut curry was sour (as in gone bad)! Above all, super slow service (we waited more than 1h for the main), and prices are actually above average compared to the 5 restaurants following the upcoming 150m. My recommendation: avoid this place, do yourself a favour…. 👎🏻! Maybe they serve good coffee and breakfast. We will...
