D Tari Warung — Restaurant in Nusa Penida Subdistrict

This extremely humble looking restaurant is by far the best place to eat on Nusa Lembongan. It’s run by a family and has a very homely atmosphere. They cook amazing food and you can really taste the love in their food. It has so much heart and flavour. My friends and I ate three meals here and practically tried everything on the menu. It was all amazing. The family treated us like house guests and made sure we were well fed and well drunk every time we dropped by. The standout for me were the pepes fish and grilled shrimp. Also, pro tip, make sure you try their sambhal. It was the best sambhal I had in Bali 🙂 If I ever go back to Nusa Lembongan, this is the first place I will revisit.

This is the best warung in nusa lembongan! We came here every night for dinner and sometimes two times a day out of our 6 nights stay. The couple that runs this place feels like mum and dad, they are so friendly and always welcoming and the food is the best we’ve had in bali!!! We ate the same thing every meal because it was just too good 😌

Highly recommend the fried noodle with egg, the grilled fish, grilled prawns, chicken satay, springrolls, fried chicken and they have the best fried banana ive ever had in my life! Also they have the best cold coconuts on the island, coconuts are super fresh and hugeeee!

The food here is incredible! We ended up coming back here quite a few nights during our stay in Lembongan because it is just so good! The warung itself is very simple, the prices are very good and the food is absolutely delicious! The team here are soooo friendly and lovely, I asked for tempe manis which isn’t actually on the menu but they made it especially for me! My partner ordered the pepes fish three times and asked for friend rice instead of plain rice with it, he could not get enough. Such great flavours - beautiful Indonesian food! The owners should be very proud of what they do...
