Gyu-kaku provides a rather expensive yet satisfactory experience when what you're looking for is a hearty buffet of meat. What however distinguishes this location from many others are it's excellent all you can eat options regarding price, variety and available dishes to complete your taste palette.
From the extremely delectable ice cream and comforting Japanese styled pudding, to the tasty and fresh salad to accompany the meat, and of course, takoyaki and other fried snacks... from savoury, spicy to sweet, Gyu-kaku has it all.
I heavily recommend the standard buffet with the standard shabu-suki meat slice for newcomers, and top the buffet off with a desert of pudding....

And then when we were arrived around 20.30 they said that the last order were at 21.00 and they said that at 21.30 they have to be ready to close the restaurant because the Aeon mall will be closed at 22.00 and we saw few tables were still empty. How ridiculous the answer was. We were really disappointed with the services. Because when we had a dinner at the other gyukaku restaurant, the last order were 30 minutes before the restaurant closed. That was the most dissatisfying answer...
Read moreOne of my family members slipped on the greasy floor which clearly hadn’t been cleaned. They're over 50 years old and fell between marble tables. Extremely dangerous. The staff were negligent. The manager did come over and apologized a few times, but as we were leaving, the staff at the waiting list casually asked what happened n LAUGHED right in our faces. Seriously? Train your staff better. Basic cleanliness and basic manner should not be too much to ask from a restaurant. Not coming back. Food...
