Restaurant: really well decorated, the seat is nice and soft. The atmosphere is really comfortable. The table is a little shaky. The airm mm is cool and filled with flavor of pho. I get the Vietnamese vibe from the music. The distance between other people eating is a little bit close.
Waiting time: instant (under 2 minute) Presentation: not the best. Complaints: none.

Soup description: Speechless. Literally no words to describe how perfect the savory, the sweetness from the broth, the saltiness and the fresh flavor from the green onions, Bean sprout, basil and much more green leaves. Might've been the best pho. Noodles description: perfectly cooked. Tender but not too soft, the texture is wonderful. Veggies description: It feels like it has been taken out from the garden immediately! The characteristics of each veggetable is at the maximum level of perfection. It is also cooked really well! Beef description: Juicy, moist, tender, and the original flavor is still there. It is professionaly done. Totally a surprise to my mouth! Freshness description: Really fresh, the minty is there. Really, the freshness is too beautiful. Chicken description: Tender and juicy. Perfectly cooked and the seasonings? It is at a high level restaurant quality. Fresh rolls description: It describe its dish name: fresh rolls. Astonishingly, the mint flavor can be tasted really well. With the sauce, it is even better in taste.

Read moreI recently had the pleasure of dining at Pho Baba, and I must say, it exceeded all expectations. Having sampled a variety of dishes from their extensive menu, ranging from the signature Banh Mi to the comforting Com Tam and the aromatic Pho.
The Banh Mi (5 of 5), with its crusty baguette filled with a symphony of savory meats, pickled vegetables, and creamy sauces, is a true delight for the senses. Each bite bursts with freshness and complexity, leaving a lingering taste that keeps you coming back for more.
The Com Tam (5 of 5), a Vietnamese broken rice dish, is another standout. Served with a generous portion of grilled meats, pickled vegetables, and a flavorsome fish sauce dressing, it is a hearty and satisfying meal that is sure to please even the most discerning palate.
And of course, no visit to a Vietnamese restaurant would be complete without sampling their signature Pho (4.5 of 5), the Pho is a masterpiece with a rich and aromatic broth that is simmered to perfection, tender slices of meat, and an abundance of fresh herbs and spices.
Overall, my dining experience was nothing short of...
Read moreBeing one of the first Vietnamese eatery in BSD area, I was a little skeptical as to how the food was going to be. I was glad that I came in with moderate expectations. The place is pretty nice and well decorated. However, I did find the French songs playing in the background a little off-putting. The food ordering is unique where you would go through sort of a canteen line and choose whatever you wanted along the way. The ones that needed preparation, they would hand you a number and you would be served later on your table. For the food, it was overall mediocre at best. The salad was by far the most enjoyable, light and refreshing with good flavors. The other sides we got were also decent. There is one dish I found pretty disappointing, the Banh Mi. The bread was stale, which made it an effort to just chew through and the fillings had no flavor or had any freshness from the herbs and pickled veges. I would come back for another round with other dishes, but I know where my...
