We came at 4.00 pm None of our food except the birthday noodles (NO UTENSILS, NO FORK, NO SPOON, NO DRINKS) came until 4.33 pm People who came after us get their food first...how come? Kwetiaw Goreng is very oily Not all of our orders came until 4.43 pm Birthday Noodles meat tastes plain as heck, also cold bcs it takes the servers 30 mins to get us our utensils. Disuru makan pake tangan apa gimana? Randomly being offered to buy vouchers/credit card? None of the food looks appetizing, had to finish it anyway bcs we're freaking hungry. Fried chicken is dry and seems like it was cooked for too long. Fried mantau is probably the best food among all. I’ve eaten at other Ta Wan branches, but I don’t remember the food being this tasty. This time we got the free birthday noodle, Nasi Goreng XO, and Cumi Lada Garam—and they all surprisingly tasted like real authentic Chinese food restaurant. Probably it’s magic of the chef’s hand at this branch? If that’s the case, I’d say the chef deserves a raise.

Service was quite fast although some of the staff looked like they’re too lazy to work. From the moment we were considering what to order and scrolling through the pages of the menu book, the waiter seemed impatient. While we were eating, we asked something to another waitress and she said “oh that should be confirmed to the cashier”, went away, and never came back to answer our question. Not all of them though, some others were welcoming and accommodating. Better staff training would make the experience of eating here...

I always go to this place since I was single even until I am getting married and has a kid. You can try the favorite menu of this restaurant such as chinese noodle (with so many kind toping you like), fried noodle (my favorite is seafood noodle, my husband's favorite is fried chicken noodle). This place provided affordable meals with very good taste (It is just very fit with us). The hospitality is excellent, the place is clean and nice. Even my crancky baby can feel comfort in this place. I have ever try pineapple Chicken fried rice few days back, and they bring me very big portion, (but it is good, lol) but I think they should pour more little bit seasoning (more olyster sauce, maybe)on my fried rice. At that day after those fried filled us up, I still can take away the rest of it (because it is very big portion). Thanks Tawan. Keep doing...
