Read moreFriendly staff.. I dont like to give bad reviews as everyone’s just trying to make a living and I respect business owners however I do have to share my experience as I don’t wish this upon anyone.
My dad, cousin and I ate there and all had very bad food poisoning after our meals at Warung Jegeg. My cousin and I had the Blue Marlin and had immediate signs of very bad food poisoning (took about 20 minutes) (rapid heart rate increase, difficulty breathing, turning red, fainting, headache) , so severe that we both ended up in the hospital. Few thousand dollars later and 2 days wasted was the result of it - glad we are ok now.
Unlucky bad fish you think (could have been a bad batch from the fisher men you never know) then my dads food poisoning reaction came that evening (he didn’t eat anything throughout the day really as he was waiting in hospital for me) , his dish was the battered shrimps. Luckily it was just the ‘normal’ signs of Bali belly and he didn’t require to go to the hospital.
I hope they can be more careful with whatever is causing these bad food poisoning, the staff in general were friendly and helpful leading up to us going to hospital.
I wish them...

Than she just said we had soup or rice, what we didn't had... she asked to pay more for service tax as well. It's not mentioned anywhere that there is a service tax. I even check the menu. So she started to say she would always say it in the beginning but her husband maybe forgot. Anyway we refused to pay more because it's not mentioned in the menu and nobody told us before so she really got unfriendly and just throw the changing money to me. Also my friend had a vegetarian meal where the tofu was really bad. So I would definitely not recommend...
