WAGA The Presidenn Restaurant & Bar — Restaurant in Semarang

Went there in the mid night at 2, meet a bunch of people going home. When we step into the resto only few people remains. I really love their interior design. Very luxury and ellegant.

Anyway i want to say something about your service. I feel the crew were not well trained and the place is not well maintained. Why would i say that? Because when i go to the toilet, many used toilet papers was scattered on the floor. And the red hand paint remains on the toilet door, while outside was already christmas vibe. Hmmm

Another things is, i found out the chandelier above the ciggar stand was dropping water. Makes the floor very messy. When we inform the crew they seems to know it for a long time but didnt mean to fix it.

One of the most elegant dining spots in Semarang! The ambiance is luxurious yet cozy, perfect for a romantic dinner or business meeting.The service was attentive especialy mas Wahid 10/10 very kind very helpful, and the live music in the evening really elevated the atmosphere. Prices are slightly premium, but worth it for the full experience. Highly recommended for anyone looking for a classy place to dine...

Overrated place, atmosfer emang bagus & aesthetically pleasing. Plating makanan nya cakep tapi rasa biasa aja. Paling penting, servicenya jelek banget.

Dapet tempat di smoking room yang sempit, buat panggil waitress nya susah karena harus keluar smoking room dulu. Saran, sebaiknya ada satu waitress yang jaga di depan pintu smoking room atau pasang tombol bell di meja-meja smoking room.

Selain itu, waitress gak pernah nutup pintu smoking room lagi, kalau gitu caranya kan buat apa ada smoking room??

Saya gak diantar menu secepatnya, dan customer sebelah saya juga. Akhirnya customer meja sebelah yang keluar smoking room buat minta menu. Itu pun setelah dia selesai pesan, waitress nya mau langsung keluar dan gak nanyain kita. Harus saya cegat dulu buat minta menu juga. Dikira kita datang buat duduk aja?

Order makanan saya ga diantar antar, pas saya minta ternyata lupa & at the same time customer sebelah saya juga ordernya salah. Akhirnya kita sama-sama gak mood makan.

Liftnya bahaya. Biasanya lift kan gak bakalan nutup kalau ada orang di pintunya, tapi ini malah mau nutup sendiri....
