OMG, how can they asked us to clean our bowls etc in hot water inside a bowl??? We insisted the changes. Then they change them. Then they gave us hot water in a big bowl to clean the cutlery. But the big bowl itself not clean too. After eating, we asked them to wrap some leftover food.
