They serve unique/ non mainstream cafe meals, unlike those cafes in Surabaya that serve SEMI-INSTANT menu like simple pasta and toast.

We tried : Charcoal Salted Egg CHICKEN, sooo good and the portion worths the price. Cow Says Cheese BURGER, the combination of patties and mushroom is perfect👌 NASI BEBEK, whoaa, love the aromatic sautee garlic shallot petai and the chili. The duck itself is crispy and dry, it could be better if the duck made juicy. Caramel Pudding from Igor’s store. It’s very delicate and amazingly egg-free (dairy free too if I’m not wrong). Its taste and texture resemble Japanese purin.

The only downsides are the slow serving time and the room temp. All 5 Air-Cons seems can not accommodate the hot Surabaya (please fix the AC🥵😥, we go to cafe to escape from the sweltering heat).

Hahaha barusannnn bgt saya makan dr sini. Posisi resto memang pas lagi rame dan kebetulan pesanan saya ini adalah pesanan susulan. Seingat saya waiternya memang tdk membawa catatan/gadget (mgk sopnya spt itu ya) saat take order meja kita.

Saya makan ber 10 bareng temen2 saya. Makanan sudah keluar,makanan saya belum keluar. Saya tanya ke waiternya "mbak, makanannya ada yg blm kluar bisa bantu cek" dijawab formalitas "ditunggu ya kak masih di proses"

Karena saya pikir makanannya akan lama, akhirnya saya memutuskan buat belanja roti aja di Igornya. Selesai belanja lho belum dtg juga. Saya tanya kembali. Sampai 3x. Dijawab dg jawaban yg sama. Akhirnya saya ke kasir langsung. Dan dijawab dg jawaban yg sama. Brti total saya minta re-confirm 4x ya.

Temen2 saya smua sdh selesai makan, tgl makanan saya yg belum dtg. Temen saya greget sendiri, dia akhirnya minta cek detail dg menyebutkan nama makanan yg saya pesan.

Eh bener dong, lupa input! Alamak! Udah skitar 1.5 jam saya nunggu itu. Waiternya blg "maaf ya kak, ternyata lupa cetak (ato gimana gt saya juga lupa kata2 detailnya). Mohon ditunggu 10 menit." 10 menit berlalu. Saya proteslah "mbak sudah 10 menit lho. Msh lama kah?" (Ini posisi resto sdh tidak serame waktu awal pesan ya) "Maaf ya kak saya konfirmasi msh tunggu 2 menit."

Yaaa walau akhirnya keluar juga makanannya tp saya kecewa bgt ya. Kcuali saya hanya diammm tanpa konfirmasi. Ini udah 4x lho saya minta cek.bahkan lgs dtg ke kasir. Kaya menyepelekan tamu gitu.

Oh ya untuk keterlambatan ini kita sama sekali gak dpt kompensasi apapun ya. Gak expect juga sih bakal dikasi kompensasi dilihat dr profesionalismenya hahahaha
