Positive: better restaurant layout than before quick service (in the beginning until middle) the meat quality is good The dessert is good they offered 25% disc until eom july Negative: the chicken dishes doesn't taste good i am a Meat eater and i can ate a lot of it, in the middle of our dining we ordered additional meat, unfortunately they start reduce the portion. eg: 1 portion from 4 slice to 2 slice, they change the plate from rectangular plate to serve the meat into a small sauce dish and the additional meat served was full of fat instead of meat (maybe they think i ate too much 😅). If you're in f&b business and offering ayce concept you CAN'T do this! after the scenario of changing the portion of the meat and lowering the quality of it, the service become very slow as well.
I think and assume while im doing the billing process at the cashier i saw the owner (female) assisting the cashier desk and the owner (male) at the kitchen counter pass. Really would like to talk to her and say it directly but when i came again to the counter she went inside the kitchen. Overall i like this place as this wasn't the first time im here. I hope this comment could be read by the owner and action to rectify taken.

They have a hotpot and a roasting pit. the free to take food is good enough for a hotpot, a complete sauce, a delicious drink, good ice cream, good dessert too. the roasting pit using some oily paper and it makes the food taste weird, if they use some butter maybe it will be better. The oily paper fast enough to get burned the ordered food is good enough too, the staff is fast enough at peak hour, but they dont have customer awareness so we may come to the staff and ask them outselves. the utensils is not complete you only got a bowl, spoon's bowl and chopstick (no steel spoon and no fork no knife too). the place is not cozy enough and the parking lot is not that much but the parking vallet is not that expensive...

Prepare to get very sweaty in here, when the aircon is not well planned for this kind of room function. Use light clothes, or something make you comfortable to eat. The architect / aircon supplier need to re-calculate the room function BTU with the common formula.
I wouldnt say the cheapest menu has the plain flavour of meat. Its figures, because i've chosen the lowest choice of meat. BUT, in able to make it great i need to grill the meat perfectly outside and inside. Since the grill system is using coal system, the very slow cook system, you'll get everything slowly cooked.
