I visited Saat Seduh Coffee in Surabaya this weekend and had a good experience overall. The food is worth the price, with portions that feel just right. While they don’t sell bottled mineral water, you can request cold or warm water instead, which is a nice touch.

The ambiance is cozy and not too crowded, making it a great spot to relax. They have a second floor, a piano, and a collection of classic books, which adds a charming and vintage feel to the place. The waitresses were lazy, standing around fiddling with their phones. Even when they delivered orders and noticed dirty tables, they didn’t bother to clean them. The hand towels in the restroom and sink area had run out, but they didn’t care until they were asked.
