The waiter told us to use the Bell on the desk if we needed anything but we realized after 20 minute it was apparently not working (Waiting 20 minute sure was fun).

The food was pretty bland considering the price they're charging.

Well at least the place is clean, that's the only thing they got going for them so far.

I'm not sure of this is the case but the staffs appears to consist of mostly Trainee's, they don't look or sound as if they know what they are doing or where they should be.

The Cashier obviously doesn't know proper etiquette when charging my card.

"I'm sorry sir but your card is declined, there's not enough fund in it"

I'm sorry but can you say it any louder next time, so people around me can hear it.

I have no issue with my card, I've called my bank afterward to confirm and of course there were no issue with my card.

Another lady tried it after me and had the same problem and the cashier used that "You card is declined" line.

It is obvious their card reader was not working properly, I won't be taking my business back...

I got six dishes of banchan (kimchi, chicken feet, mini jeon, fruit salad, potato and some kind of vegetable) plus chicken porridge and salad. I like all of them except the salad, but the salad sauce was quite nice. I went alone so the banchan was plenty for me, but I don't know if the banchan set was for each person or each table. For main menu, I ordered jjamppong (personal) and seafood jeon (half). I went on lunch hour and got extra 10% discount. The waitresses visited all the tables and offered the discount if the bill was paid before 3 pm. I think that was a nice touch, so that the customer's level of satisfaction would increase.

Taste-wise, I like what I ate. Especially the ocha and green tea ice cream! I had a very nice lunch!

Have been a regular customer here from their opening. Own by Korean with their authentic taste of Korean food.

They are providing best service in my opinion compare to other Korean restaurant. Surely they will consider how much meal you order, but in my personal experience it is all worth it.

Located on main road of west area Surabaya - HR Mohammad, with their huge parking space, makes them very crowded especially dinner time on weekend.

Tastewise, I would say not all their food is the best I had. In my honest opinion, their grill somehow is not that stable, sometimes the marination is on point, but most of the time just so so. I seldom suggest to their Manager to enpower their marination process.

We usually order DalkGangJong, Dolsot Bibimbap, Bulgogi Tteokbokki, Jjampong.

However, by experience we have all these years, I still give them 5 stars as one of the best Korean...
