Chef Hiro-san personally came in on a Saturday and even sent out a complimentary karaage - crisp and perfectly seasoned. That small act alone speaks volumes about Nagano’s quiet pride and dedication.
The sashimi platter? A masterclass. Thick, gleaming cuts of maguro, salmon, hamachi, and amaebi arranged over crushed ice like jewels - fresh, cold, and expertly sliced. The yakiniku set was equally thoughtful, each cut prepped for even grilling without losing texture or aroma.
And don’t skip the cocktail program. My glass, crowned with a sun-dried orange slice, was balanced with umami, aromatic, and sophisticated enough to hold its own beside Tokyo’s better bars.

Pertama kali nyoba AYCE di hotel, Nagano Restaurant ini bertempat di lantai 5 Vasa Hotel, khusus AYCE nanti diarahkan ke lantai 6. View-nya bagus banget, bisa liat kolam renang.
AYCE Nagano ini cuman ada pas lunch weekend (Sabtu-Minggu, 12:00-15:00). Khusus order daging cuman boleh di 2 jam pertama, 1 jam sisanya masih boleh makan yang lain, pokoknya sampai restonya tutup jam 15:00. Harus booking dulu via WA, dan diminta DP 500k di awal.
Dagingnya premium semua, ada udang, cumi, kakap, salmon, tuna, semuanya premium. Grill-nya juga pake arang, jadi makin smoky. Aku suka juga sama tare-nya, gak terlalu kerasa jahenya, aku kurang demen soalnya kalau tare terlalu berasa jahenya. Dan semua dagingnya itu, dimakan tanpa tare aja udah enak banget 😋😋😋
Di sini juga ada fresh sashimi, sushi, dsb, cuman pas aku nyoba kemarin tu variannya sedikit, mungkin karena yang AYCE cuman 4 orang kali ya.
Dessert trap-nya sih yang paling menarik, segala roti-rotian, ada cookies disiram coklat leleh gitu, cake, mousse, pudding sampai creme brulee. Ada juga banana flambe yang made by order juga, ini sih enak bangeeet 👍 Wajib pesan.

Cuman, di AYCE-nya ini gak ada minuman sama sekali, air putih pun gak ada, harus order terpisah dan base harga paling murah itu 60k++ Aku siasatin pakai miso atau makan buah aja dulu di awal, pas akhir-akhir baru pesan minuman.
