Steak Industry Surabaya — Restaurant in Surabaya

When I went there, most other cuts are already sold out or out of stock due to busy December holidays (according to the staff). Therefore I settled with their USDA Ribeye, which was okay.

I felt like the steak had too much excess Juice. Like it's not properly thawed or not rested properly after cooking, causing overflow of meat juice on my plate. I've had better steak elsewhere for this price point, but nothing to really complaint about.

The potato wedges are delicious! Right amount of crispiness and not too salty, would prefer if there's an option for mashed potato though. Salad's also good and refreshing.

Happened to hear the restaurant's owners from a table over explaining meat cuts and done-ness to some guests. They really know their stuff regarding steak! I wish them the best.

We wanted to have steak for dinner tonight so me and my friend randomly picked this place on the map. Turns out to be a very heartwarming experience!

We had drinks, t-bone and brisket. The meat was very high-quality at a very reasonable price. The table and toilet was clean and tidy!

When we finished it started to rain heavily. We were waiting for the rain to stop or get smaller to head back to the hotel. One of the staff get us two chairs outside to rest, and a girl came out and asked us if we need her help to get a cab to the hotel. Now that we are flying back to China tomorrow, I would not forget these kind and lovely staff. Thank you sooo...

Visited this place on weekday around noon, we were practically the only customers there. The place was nice, it was next to the railway road so we can see multiple trains passing by during our lunch.

The food was great, I loved every bite! The pricing was good, might be average for 200gr Sirloin. The beverage was alright, could be improved.

They have little section for the kids to play, tiny slide and a battery powered motorbike, our kid loved it because she can play with it all by herself.
