When I first came inside the restuarant, my eyes were pleased with what i saw and i thought with such a nice and comfy atmosphere comes a decent food. Apparently it's far from what i expected when I had dinner with my team there. I ordered tomahawk steak together with one of their cocktail with an expectation of pleasing my pallet. It turns out to be a disappointment as the steak was not seasoned very well and they served me with a bland sides dishes as well. My friends were ordering their local dishes which also turned to be mediocare without any bold seasoning. But that wasn't even the highlight of my night. The service was a complete disaster. When you're sitting in such a fancy restaurant, you're expecting a top notch service. A couple of my friends were waiting for almost 1 hour for their food to come without any explanation anthe worse part even without any apology. The ignorance of their waitress was immaculate. I feel like, if you can spent billions of your momey to build such an amazing restaurant, you definitely more than able to train your staff properly. I can come back for the second time if it's only because of the mediocare food, because i know how difficult it is for a chef to maintain the consistency. You can have a one off night and i will give it a second or even a third try to give a better review on the food. And in many of my cases, it happens that the second visit, the foods are improving. A comfortable place for people who want to spend their time eating food around Jalan Tunjungan. As the one who renovated this old building, Andra Matin succeeded in creating a clean and modern impression so that we were made comfortable sitting for a long time in the restaurant. However, there are several spots that will feel hot in the afternoon because the afternoon sunlight penetrates the glass walls around the restaurant.

I found one potential problem that could actually be fixed in an easy way. I almost hurt my hand when I wanted to move the chair because there was a nail that wasn't installed properly under the dining chair. Apart from that, the interior here is good.

The choice of food available is also interesting, most of which have an Indonesian touch. at that time, I wanted pasta, so I ordered fettuccine carbonara. The pasta served tasted delicious, and the texture was also good. but for me, the star is in the half-boiled egg. Somehow, it goes really well with the carbonara. in the seat across from me, my girlfriend ordered Timbungan Ikan Bali. When she ate the dish, her expression was quite happy, which meant the food was safe from her judgment. The lunch was closed with sweet and cold Kue Sus.

there is one annoying problem, FLIES. It's very difficult to feel comfortable while eating when there are flies. Hopefully, you guys can be better at keeping flies away 😬.
