Toko Kopi Padma - Tunjungan — Restaurant in Surabaya

I recently visited Toko Kopi Padma on Jalan Tunjungan, and overall, it was a pleasant experience. The cafe offers a wide variety of coffee and non-coffee drinks, which were quite enjoyable. The drinks definitely lived up to my expectations.

The ambiance of the coffee shop was cozy and inviting. I particularly liked that during the afternoon, it wasn't too hot inside, making it a comfortable place to relax and enjoy a cup of coffee. The vibes were just right for a laid-back hangout or catching up with friends.

On the downside, I found the food to be a bit overpriced. While the selection was extensive, the prices didn't quite match the quality. However, if you're primarily looking for a place to grab a drink, Toko Kopi Padma won't disappoint.

One thing to note is that on rainy days, the cafe's roof tends to leak. This can be a bit inconvenient as it can make it difficult to have a conversation with your company, especially since there is no soundproofing. I would recommend avoiding the cafe on such days.

Ordered iced latte but it taste so bad. It's just too watery, I can barely taste the coffee from it.

The place is actually cozy. They have indoors, smoking indoors (?) and ourdoors. They also have a couple of window seats but too bad they didn't tint the glass so you can be seen from people passing by.

Price was around 30k-ish for a cup of coffee, it was not pricey considering the place is located in Tunjungan street.

They have a various menu, coffee-non coffee, snacks, and foods, but too bad when I come here they run out of the V60 filter.

I wouldn't recommend you to come here on weekends especially at night. If you want to come, I suggest you to check the live location for this...

Ambience was rite. Air was well conditioned, Outdoor, Smoking, and Indoors are well segregated. Acoustics was perfect, chatter dispersed well, music didn't overrule your convs.

Coffee was good. Abundant beverages option.

Room for improvement for food and staff, we didn't ask to be greeted like King and Queens, but hell, there were 0 smiles, 0 eye contact from the cashier. Upon arrival staff was crowding the bar area.

When there was no serving required the whole bunch would go about themselves and make a crowd again.

One exception for they guy with glasses who was providing better hospitality .
