A new place in town.
I love their choices of color palette, lights, and decorations. It's giving me old building vibes with modern touch/renovation to it.
They have wide variety of menus, from food, pastry, coffee-non coffee, mocktail, etc. Price range is 30k up, I spent around 130k for two cup of coffee and a cake but I think it's worth the price.
They have indoors and outdoors area too.
My only problem with the place is just the seat settings is too close to one another I think... Not sure if it's still comfortable if the place is packed with people.
Update review: After coming back here for the second time, I'd like to retract 3 of my previous stars. This cafe is just not it.
Carbonara tasted bad, too oily and too salty. Worst carbonara I've ever had in cafes. Not even sure it's a carbonara either.

The common thread of this (rant) review is that anything that I (and my friends) ordered were not worth the price.
For 30+ price kopi susu, I really wish it has discerning quality (yang aku temuin di salah satu kafe jalan Trunojoyo, yang tutup sore) but it is not. Versi pakai oat milk juga gak nolong. Milkshake biasa aja juga.
The worst is… Thai Tea. Actually I was mind blown because there is no “thai” character at all it just tasted like watery milk tea.
Phermitage has proper presentation of its tea and coffee mocktail. But taste wise for a 60.000 tea mocktail? I remembered that I ordered one with sakura thingy, aaand it’s just an okay combination of syrup, but where is the tea?
That is the mystery.

They have many coffee varieties in their menu and i never doubted about their coffee. Only until i tried the food, it wasn’t cheap but the quality is really below my expectation. The food seemed like it was cooked by a trainee in the kitchen instead of a professional chef. I can tell from the vegtable cutting technique and the sauce i know it made from instant stock powder and i know the brand very well as someone who used to work in the kitchen before.
