We had a first good dinner there which where really good, then our second visit unfortunately was really disappointing, we waited more than 1h00 fir our food to come, we ordered simple food 2 burger, and a guacamole which the waiter said was coming with toast and costed 35k, when finnaly the food arrived they were a big bowl of avocado and a tinny little toast for the whole bowl which were not near from enough, I asked if we could have more bread, they didn't have but the waiter proposed us to have some crisp instead, he bring us a tiny bowl just enough to finish the bowl and in the bill charged us 10k extra without saying anything ! 45k for a guacamole when it's suppose to be a side dish. Visiting Yatie is a Gili Air must. Burger Lady is located in the center of the island, but she can deliver anywhere you are. She and her team make all the dishes from scratch and with a lot of love. The jackfruit and tempeh curries are my favorite served with a fresh cold coconut (for only 15k) or a delicious mixed juice. She also makes great gado-gado with tons of peanut sauce, mie goreng with extra spice if you ask for it, and a unique triple layered sandwich. We looked at the reviews and thought that the place seemed decent and the food was good, so We went there around 3:30pm, it was completely empty. We ordered a chicken burger and a beef Burger. They were ready within 5 minutes which should have been the first red flag. The beef burger was burnt on the outside yet mushy on the inside. The chicken burger was pretty much the same. They were freezer burgers and had no flavouring. The taste was not not at all. The chips were also frozen chips and were soggy on the inside.
