We had a wonderful stay at Hakuna Matata!!!!
Me and my girlfriend had an hard search for a nice place at ‘Gilli Air’ and found out that THIS was the most nicest place on the island!!
‘Hakuna Matata’ is on the sunset side of the island and on the A location of the island!
as we took a walk around the island the first day we could compare the other resorts. (Walk around the island took 1/5 hours) and we could see that this is the best one!
Further all, the staff is incredible, the breakfast starts at 8 am but i could order my coffee at 07:00 in the morning and they were preparing the coffee for me and offered to bring it to my room!
We are really great-full for an awesome time and we want tot thank Mister Dwin and Benny for the awesome service!! Also want to thank Lisa for a great smile everyday and here service as wel!! Mister Slamet (front office) is always there for you and keeps on smiling the entire day. And we want to thank Nora for the warm welcome that we had and gave us a wonderful time!
10 out of 10!!!
Really recommending this...
Read moreCame here for my birthday on a Thursday as I adore seafood and sashimi but was quite disappointed. We've been in Bali for many months. We got a cocktail deal 3 for 2 to start. Food didn't come until much later so we drank slowly. My partner felt sick almost immediately as the taste of the maki roll she got was quite off-putting. We both thought this would be a great place as we had seen photos of the salmon sashimi that looked fresh with fantastic marbling however the fish was not fresh, seemed like it was just poorly defrosted and the taste was bland with temperatures uneven in each piece. We spent almost $100AUD, which was a mistake. For the amount they charge, it's simply not worth it. Service was great and interior is inviting and comfortable but I'm sorry, you couldn't pay me to...
