Matahari Bar & Resto — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

We had the Sate Ayam, Urap-Urap and Mie Goreng. Unfortunately, all are an insult to Indonesian food. I focus on the first in writing and the second in pictures. Nous avons été déçus par ce restaurant. Ils affirment proposer des produits frais avec du poisson pêché du jour, mais cela n'a pas été notre expérience. Nous étions nombreux et il n'y avait pas assez de poisson sur leur étalage. Ils nous ont dit qu'ils en avaient d'autres à l'arrière, mais lorsque nous avons demandé à les voir, il s'est avéré que le poisson était congelé et n'avait pas du tout l'air d'avoir été pêché du jour. Les calamars étaient présentés dans un sachet qui semblait industriel.

Nous n'avons pas insisté sur ce point, car un poisson bien cuisiné peut être bon même s'il est congelé, mais une fois à table, les poissons étaient tous trop cuits et très secs. Vraiment pas terrible. De plus, les poissons étaient très chers pour ce que c’était, et ils annonçaient le prix au kilo d’un poisson congelé.

Nous avons demandé du vin, et ils nous ont apporté la carte du restaurant d'à côté. C'était plutôt amusant, car ils sont tous amis et font tout pour satisfaire le client.

Les serveurs n'ont pas compris nos commandes, et nous avons fini par payer plus cher car trop de plats sont arrivés. Même si je comprends que gérer un groupe de plus de 10 personnes n'est pas facile pour eux, c'était vraiment dommage. De plus, certains ont eu mal au ventre après, donc pas top sur ce point non plus. Je ne recommande pas du tout ce restaurant il y en a des bien...
