This place is awful. We decided to go because of what looked like a fun atmosphere but ended up regretting our decision almost instantly. The service was disorganized and slow; our food took over an hour to arrive, despite repeated inquiries at the bar. When the food finally did arrive, my companion's meal was delayed an additional 15 minutes, further adding to our frustration.

The staff seemed confused and disoriented, frequently asking patrons to identify their orders, which disrupted the dining experience. Additionally, we noticed meals being left unattended on the bar for several minutes before being served, which is really strange given the number of servers present. We eventually realized that because the servers didn’t know who to bring the food to they were walking away from the food and leaving it at the bar.

Although the drinks were served promptly, the food quality was severely lacking. The dishes did not live up to the descriptions on the menu, and the portions were disappointingly small, failing to justify their mediocre taste. To our dismay, the family seated next to us ended up refusing their meals due to the lengthy wait, and another customer waited 45 minutes for a simple order of spring rolls.

The fries were really not good, tasting like they were straight out of a freezer bag and lacking any crispness or flavor. Equally underwhelming was the salmon, which had no seasoning not even salt/pepper, making for a bland and unappetizing meal.

The nachos were another disaster. The chips were stale and it was a soggy cold mess with just a glob of ingredients on top. It seemed there was no effort put into ensuring the quality or presentation of the food served.

It's evident that this restaurant struggles with time management and maintaining food quality. I hope this feedback prompts some necessary changes. Unfortunately, based on this experience, I cannot recommend this establishment and will not...

Really bad experience here! Do not visit as there’s so many good places to go. Firstly We asked for ice for our drinks and we’re given ice chopped off a block of ice that can be unsafe to drink here as it does not have the hole in like every other place we have been. We then asked for reassurance that it was safe to drink and not give us bali belly. We wernt given any. We then wanted to order food, the menu only had a few options. Underneath the option there was no explanation of what was in the food, when we asked the staff refused to tell us what was in the salads as he did not know. We explained we need to know as we have allergies. He still wouldn’t tell us. We then asked if they had fries as it wasn’t on the menu, it took them 20 minutes to tell us if they had them. We then asked 3 different people much the fries would be. We still didn’t get an answer. We then went to the toilet before we left as we really didn’t want to stay any longer, i understand the toilets on this island do not always work but there was no flush working and no other means of flushing like there usually is. Worst of all there was no where to wash my hands. No sink, no hand sanitizer. We then went to ask someone who looked like the owner and his excuse of having no means to washing our hands was that the place had been only open 2 days ago and to use next doors toilet. For somewhere with a minimum spend you should have basic means to wash your hands after using an unclean bathroom. This is a basic sanitary need and if you are not ready to open don’t open. VERY disappointed in this place, ruined our mood on this beautiful island where every other place have been as been amazing with good service. Just not here. Do not come here. The food takes more than an hour to come for two simple dishes of spaghetti carbonara and garlic chicken with rice.

The service is slow and staff are not as friendly in other bars in Gilly.

We asked for two sides to come with the mains, but they brought them out as starters. My vegetable spring rolls were soft to touch and soggy and quite frankly disgusting.

It is clear that disorganisation is the name of the game here different tables have their food brought out a different times. A table sat next to us ate their whole meal but one of the guests food still hadn’t come.

We were a group of two sat on a table of four and they sat another couple on the table with us which we felt was inappropriate and weird - there is plenty of space for them to have split the table up so us and the other guest could’ve had more privacy. Staff clearly understood. This was inappropriate as well laughing as they were doing it but carried on doing it anyway.
