KFC — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

My husband and I are totally disappointed with one of the staff, named Irsan. We haven't even finished asking questions regarding the food package, he impolitely stopped my questions and asked me to wait in the line. We didn't wait in the line because we were still considering which package to choose. After that we waited in the line right after he impolitely asked ask us to do so While waiting in the line, then came a couple (one of them is a foreigner) and surprisingly Irsan answered every question asked by the couple nicely and even they could place their order without queuing, served by Irsan.

When we complained about this, Irsan ignored us by pretending to be busy serving the couple. He didn't even say sorry about his unacceptable behaviour. A female employee, assistant restaurant manager, who was in-charge in cashier at the moment, apologised on behalf of Irsan. But then again, Irsan himself didn't even show his proper response to apologise.

This is such a discrimination behaviour over local customers, and this is totally unacceptable. I do recommend KFC to take this as a...

The most disgusting food we’ve had. We got the colonel burger and it was good but the chicken with beef ragu sauce tasted off. The drinks (mango float & ice late) were horrible. We had the chocolate pudding which was watery chocolate jelly and looked expired. I asked for an iced late and the guy brought me a black coffee, when I told him that’s not a late he argued with me for 5 minutes telling me that’s what an iced late looks like and then finally he realised he was wrong and brought me the actual ice late which tasted like watered down sewege coffee I couldn’t drink it (worse coffee I’ve ever had). So far this is the worst kfc ive ever been. The only good thing about this kfc is the location which very close to the beach so it has a pretty view during sunset time. I went there for dinner and got my order wrong (the chicken was also bland idk why), they didnt accept ewallet so you have to bring cash, the worker aint friendly at all (except tukang parkir ofc), i chose to sit on the 2nd floor with amazing sunset view but unfortunately the smell from i guess a black plastic bag from another resto nearby was so strong ;-; the next day i ordered 2buckets chikin from this kfc but they came with no sauce and...
