I recently visited a bar at Gili Air with a stunning sand floor right by the shore, and the experience was simply mesmerizing. As the sun dipped below the horizon, the sky painted itself in vibrant hues of orange and pink, casting a warm glow over the entire scene. Ich war jetzt das zweite Mal für einen Kurzurlaub auf Gili Air und habe es mir nicht nehmen lassen, erneut in die Mirage Bar zu gehen. Und es war wieder ein absoluter Traum!

Die Location ist ein echtes Juwel: Eine gemütliche, tropische Bar direkt am Strand, mit Strohdach, Holzmöbeln und einer entspannten Atmosphäre. Die Lounge-Ecken mit den leuchtend roten Kissen und Sonnenschirmen laden einfach zum Verweilen ein – ideal, um die Meeresbrise zu genießen.

Das Essen: Die Speisekarte bietet eine tolle Mischung aus gesunden und herzhaften Optionen – ob traditionelles indonesisches Curry, leckere Avocado Toasts, verschiedene Salate oder frisch zubereitete Pancakes. Mein Curry mit Tofu & Tempeh war unglaublich cremig, voller Aromen und perfekt abgestimmt mit Kokosmilch und frischem Gemüse. Dazu wurde duftender Reis serviert – einfach köstlich!

Die Drinks: Die Getränkekarte lässt keine Wünsche offen – von frischen Smoothies über hausgemachte Lassis bis hin zu einer fantastischen Auswahl an Cocktails. Mein Mojito war genau richtig: eisgekühlt, mit frischer Minze, Limette und genau der richtigen Balance zwischen Süße und Säure – einfach perfekt für einen heißen Tag am Strand.

Preis-Leistungs-Verhältnis: Für die Qualität des Essens, der Drinks und die entspannte Atmosphäre sind die Preise mehr als fair. Die Mirage Bar bietet ein authentisches Insel-Feeling ohne überteuerte Touristenpreise.
