I recently visited Pink Coco on Gili Air and was blown away by their amazing food and beautiful location. The restaurant is directly on the beach, offering stunning views of the ocean and a relaxing atmosphere.

But the real star of the show was the food - I had the best prawns I've ever tasted, and the pumpkin soup was also a standout dish. The menu is diverse and offers a variety of options to satisfy any craving.

The staff, especially our waiter Angga, were incredibly friendly and accommodating, and made the whole dining experience even more enjoyable. He was attentive and made great recommendations from the menu.

The fact that the bravas are not peeled is a success because it gives them that delicious crunchy touch. And the cooking is truly perfect! In our opinion, a brava sauce should be spicy; we think it would improve things a lot, although we understand that you have to make them for everyone. We assume that's probably the reason. 😊 We loved the apple and honey to accompany the cheeses, and the type of bread and the cut are truly very typical in Spanish homes.
