The Irish — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

We found The Irish by accident while looking for sea turtles in the island's sourrounding waters. We had a sighting just by The Irish and i would definetely recommend anyone to make use of their lounge chairs that overlook the beach. Here you can easily scout for sea turtles and we saw quite a few while having lunch there. Food was also really good, we found that alot of the restaurants by the beach sell the view more than the food. This is not the case here, the food was great and the drinks selection was awesome too. If you have not had a Bintang Radler make sure to try it, it is amazing to enjoy in the heat. Both me and my GF had the club sandwich and it was delicious.

Additon: I had to add this part to inform about the amazing staff. My GF accidentally left her favourite dress in one of the lounge chairs and unfortunately we didn't realize before having left the island. The incredible owner made sure that her dress got sent with a ferry off the island so that we could pick it up back in Bali. This saved my girlfriends vacation as she was devastated and by extention saved mine as well. We stopped here three different times over the course of a week. Twice we stopped around lunch time and had decent drinks. We asked about live music because there are signs all over the island saying live music at The Irish. The lead waiter promised there would be live music on Saturday night, so we made our plans to have dinner here that night. There was no live music but we decided to have dinner anyways. The food was not very good. One in our party asked for a well done beef burger we got a raw and bloody patty. My friend and I came here during the day to snorkel. There are a few sun loungers available to use as long as you buy a drink or some food.

The staff were so friendly and pointed out areas in the sea where we would likely be able to see baby sharks as well as the turtles we were there for.
