The Office Bar & Restaurant — Restaurant in West Nusa Tenggara

We had a very bad experience during dinner there . We are four people eating there we always kept coming to the office resturan for many years but we are very dissapointed with the food. The service and the staff incharge there, we ordered the capcay vegetable with rice and we have to wait such long time till we get the foods served , when we had it we were so very dissapointed because the rice was so hard not nice i got idea its was the rice of a week ago, how come they serve something like that, We told the staff about the rice was not good and we dont wanted to eat anymore and we ended up to leave and asked the bill, we were so surprise she put all the food on the bill that we dont like it, we dont really like this they had to take it out from the bill or give half price it would be nice we got feeling like to pay for nothing we tried to speak to the staff who was makiing the bill and tell them that we were not happy with that but the way she act to us its not very good attitude of staff . She tried nothing instead to say sorry , she gave an unhappy face even she said we can talke about it with the owner if he was there . As i know actually there is nothing to do with the owner just about take it out the food from the bill because i am sure the owner would take it from the cost of the foods, like we had experienced before when we eat at the other luxery restaurant , we order steak was very expensive but tasted so horrible but they willing to change it and take it off from the bill, thats what we expected they would do for us or give half price, so we can say that is the most bad experince we ever had, we never come back anymore , and one thing is also the price was over , poor service nothing special to share about this place. Such a pity after...

The Office is a good place to wait for the Ekajaya ferry from Senggigi. The view of the water is beautiful and there’s a nice breeze flowing through the restaurant. The food and drink is nothing to write home about though. I ordered an ice latte with 2 shots and ice cream and got a hot latte with ice cream lol. The staff were nice about fixing it up though. I also ordered a beef rendang but it tasted and looked much more like a massaman and the beef was the most tough I’ve had in years. But hey, they’re trying and they’re nice so I’ll still leave 4 stars. Your best bet here is to just have beers and play a game of pool. Eat elsewhere....

So bad :(. Drinka were OK, but the design, the music... its like they wanted to please europeans... but remember - we come to Indonesia because its not like Europe! Generally - sad place. Much better is coco loco or spice bar - just around the corner

Re:Owner. Sure Im welcome to share my opinion, but youre not welcome to judge me. Quite expensive drinks, dirty place and horrible interior design. Sorry - deal with facts and...
