Really had a high expectations about this place from their review in Google. The place looks good and so to said instagramable. But, it is true, don't judge the book from its cover, don't justify a restaurant from its facade and interiors, or even from pictures people shared in social media. So, one evening, I went to this place with a bunch of my friends, selecting second floor as it was more quite and spacious. No waiters stand by, might be because not so many people that time. When we wanted to order, my friend had to go down stairs to call the waiters. Fast forward, we ordered and our meals came after waiting for more than 30 minutes. We ordered Napolitano which turned out to be instant spaghetti noodle with instant sauce, Chicken Cordon Blue with too much black pepper instant sauce, Egg sandwiches which was too ordinary and even me can make it by my self. The last, menu I chose, Fish and Chips, was in small portion of chips and an over-fried-not-a-Dorry fish, plus the tartar sauce tasted weird. And all menus were in small portion with too high prices. Just called it blunders and so unlucky us. In the end, we paid but the waiter came back to us to give us changes then said they didn't have any small changes. The waiter didn't even ask us if any of us had a small changes or not! So, basically, we had to donate those changes. And, with all of those impolite and unsatisfying service, we had to pay 5% service tax....
Read moreWent here yesterday with my best friends for beers. We decided to split our bill, but we didn’t say it yet to the cashier, so when we were still in our conversation, the waitress came to us and gave our bill and I said politely “Mas, kita mau splitt bill. Bs kan mas?” (Hey, we want to split our bill please). And he answered us with “Koq nggak bilang sih?” (Why you don’t tell me?) with a very bad attitude like he’s not a well-educated person. And when we paid it, we should be receiving IDR42.500 but he only gave us 42.000 without sayinf anything. Hello please, we don’t need that IDR500, but can’t you just tell us that you don’t have that coin? I asked him “Where’s the IDR500?” And he answered it with “I don’t have it”. Please. Lawas 613 Cafe needs to kicke him out. He’s such a toxic for your business. Here is the...
Read moreIts located in Adhistana Hotel. I expect the place to be crowded because it is dinner time, but I found it slow and quite. It's nice. I ordered Fish Parmagiana (i think) and Sarsaparila. Sarsaparila is produced locally. It some kind of soda that taste like rootbeer or soda in AW fastfood restaurant. The dish is braided fish, I'm not sure what kind of fish. It has spaghetti with light bolognaise sauce with garlic butter mayo. I think they add lemon to the mayo. Everything taste good. The fish is freshly fried and I love their spaghetti. The spaghetti had chunks of garlic in it and freshly diced tomato. It dish will cost you about 70k and sarsaparila about 25k, I'm not sure...
