STAY AWAY FROM THIS PLACE! By far the worst service experience ever and food was pretty terrible as well. We were a group of 8 served by waitress “Saeede”. She double punched our order, and when after 50min late brought the dishes to table we mentioned the incorrect number she blamed it on us “loud and rudely” despite all 8 ppl confirming mistake was done from her side after repeating the initial order even. No service recovery or apologies given, and they actually charged us for all those wrong orders. We had chicken kebab with a strong raw flavor never seemed to be marinated, and my nanny had a chicken burger which made her stomach so unwell (unchewable) For some reason all kababs were covered by garlic paste which wasn’t expected and definitely changed the authenticity of iranian kebab taste in a bad way. I asked Saeede for lemon, she said we were out! As we were walking out i saw her serving a plate of lemons to another table 😂 when I asked why did she lie she chuckled!! The place is beautiful, and they’ve made good use of the space with tables set up in different areas where you can sit and enjoy.

The menu had a good variety, the food tasted nice, and the prices were reasonable and in line with the norm. The food preparation time was also standard.

However, what I felt was missing in this restaurant was interaction and engagement with the staff. I would have preferred if the staff were more cheerful and brought more positive energy to the experience.
