Parhami House Hotel and Restaurant is a traditional house located in the historical heart of Shiraz. It is over 200 years old and the restaurant is very popular because of its delicious and authentic traditional Shirazi dishes. Parhami Traditional House would be the ideal place to have lunch or dinner after you visit all the sites in that area namely Zinat Al-Moluk House, Karim Khan Citadel, Shah Cheragh Holy Shrine, Vakil Bath, Vakil Bazaar, Nasir-Ol Molk Mosque, Tomb of Saadi (Saadieh) and Tomb of Hafez (Hafezieh) which are within walking distance.||||You would definitely need to book a table in advance and since this is a must dining experience in Shiraz if you are visiting the lovely city, I suggest you attempt to make the booking as soon as you arrive or even as soon as your plans for the trip are final. We weren't staying at the hotel and just had launch at the restaurant.||||We were a party of three so we got a small table on the second floor next to window that opened to the beautiful yard. If you have trouble climbing the stairs, then the yard would be the ideal choice. ||||We ordered Kalam Polo Shirazi which is Cabbage Rice with Meatballs (sometimes made with Brussels sprout). It’s a specialty of Shiraz and was on the top of my list to try. On the side, we ordered pickled vegetables and yoghurt with eggplants. And don’t forget to try their wide variety of traditional non-carbonated drinks. For desert we had Ranginak, Persian Halva, and tea. Ranginak is a delicious sweet desert made with flour and dates. Halva is another sweet desert made with flour, sugar, oil, and saffron. ||||Service was great and prices quite reasonable considering the quality of the food and service. And by quite reasonable I’m comparing it to other restaurants in the city since prices in Iran are very low for tourists. The whole thing cost a little shy of 30 bucks so...

Read moreFirst of all, it's better to rename it from "Parhami traditional house" to "Parhami traditional restaurant". It looks like you rent a restaurant than a hotel or house because I think there are only 2 or 3 rooms and due to serving a lot of people for lunch, it tumultuous. Even when there is no one there, the staff are too noisy in the yard. The way from the main street to the house is unsafe, especially for ladies. Wifi works as it wishes. No drinking water and cleaning tissue in the room. You pay for a fairly good hotel but facilities are like a very cheap guest house. Considering that the room service was broken and not clean. The water in the bathroom is cold. There is no hanger or wardrobe in the room and when we asked them they said it's traditional !!! And about foods !!! when you want to go there to launch you should reserve but when you call, the reception is very rude and disgusting. The reception was very rude even when we arrived the lady at the reception is rude, she doesn't know how to treat with guests. I have a bad feeling about the owner because when we want to talk to him about the problem that happens to us he disrespectfully answered we are like this and this is our law. later we understand that the reception is his sister !! what a nice !!! it appears that they care more about the money than the hospitality!! Previously this restaurant used to serve very high-quality foods which you could hardly find in other locations. But, unfortunately, when I recently went there with my friends, I found it below ordinary. problem was the smell of meat in the food and if you ask about the Shirazi's foods everybody knows that when the food is dark color it means it is not fresh. Finally, if you like the atmosphere just go there to have lunch but don't expect a very delicious meal. If you want to enjoy a nice meal, Shiraz has many other places...
