The food and environment are good. The only reason that I am giving 2 star is how the waiteress' behave. They are rude and fighting with each other in front of customers which is very unprofessional. I witnessed one waiteress' crying over and over went to washroom washed her Face because the head waiteress' was giving her bad time. Train your staff . They need to learn how to talk to customers. It's not cool to be rude. It's a business and if you want customers to keep coming be mindful to train your staff. We went there two times while we were in Shiraz. I still remember how bad the waiteress' was crying.
